The case back is engraved with the handwritten signature of Alberto Santos-Dumont. It is fitted with a burgundy alligator leather strap and a platinum (950/1000) ardillon buckle. Case dimensions are 43.5 × 31.4 mm with a thickness of 7.3 mm, and the watch is water-resistant to 3 bar (approximately 30 meters/100 feet). This model has passed the 30-meter water-resistance test under 3-atm pressure, though swimming is not recommended for any watch, genuine or replica.
